C Squared's 5 things

  Well here we go into the last week of August, I can't believe how fast 2010 is passing by, but here's another five things about me.

I love dark chocolate
I am a Canon shooter
I wear my emotions on my sleeve
I am a Native Californian
I can't live without my iPod

Goodbye Summer

   So Summer is over, and if you live in Southern California, it never really got here.  We had the mildest Summer that I can remember in years, which was fine by me.  Yesterday, our 8th grade class along with parents came together in Huntington to say goodbye to Summer and kick off the kid's final year of grade school before heading off to High school, wow I can hardly think about high school as it seems only yesterday that my daughter was in the 2nd grade, but anyway, it was a beautiful day in So Cal and we had a great time eating and bonding.

So there are obviously going to be questions as to who C Squared is, again my name is Carlos and I am going to throw out some random tidbits about me to help to get to know me, so here are five things.

I'm a blue jean kind a guy
I like cats
I love the smell of fresh rain on the sidewalk
I'm not a morning person
I cherish my family

Dual Birthday's

   Hello my name is Carlos Chavez, today is my wife, Helen's, birthday and well a birthday for me as well or should I say for my blog.  This will be an evolving experience for me as I am not really a writer and also quite new to the workings of a blog post, so if things get a bit bumpy in my rambling, hang in there, I promise to get better.  I will be posting some of my photography work here and sharing other oddities as well.  Feel free to share your thoughts with me and lastly, thank you for clicking here
